Recently I had a very painful issue. It had been an issue for weeks with no signs of improvement.
Christine offered to do an IMH session with me. She guided me through the steps. When we finished, the issue was decreased but still there. Over the following two days, I did 2 more IMH sessions on my own, using the techniques I had learned during my session with Christine.
Within the next 4 to 5 days, the issue decreased steadily until it was completely gone.
